We wish to inform you that the Company has filed an application with the Registrar of Companies Chennai through e-form GNL-1 seeking an extension of the time for holding the 32nd Annual General meeting ("AGM") of the members which is otherwise required to be held on or before 30th September 2026. The application has been submitted seeking an extension of two months i.e. up to 30th November 2026.
