Shri Bhanwar Lal Koolwals sudden and unexpected passing away will be an irreparable loss of the Company and all the directors and employees of the group convey deep sorrow and condolences to the family.Further it is hereby informed that he would cease to be Promoter of the Company in accordance with the Regulation 31A (6) (c) of the SEBI LODR Regulations 2015. A copy of the Death Certificate of Shri Bhanwar Lal Koolwal is enclosed herewith as Annexure - A for your reference and records.You are kindly requested to take the same on record and inform all those concerned.
