1. The Company is withdrawing the Record Date? as fixed earlier on ?July 31, 2014?, for the payment of Interim Dividend.
2. In respect of the payment of Interim Divined within 30 days from the date of declaration, August 07, 2014 has been fixed as the ?Record Date? instead of July 31, 2014.
