Suchak Trading Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider and adopt unaudited financial results for the quarter ended on September 30, 2015.
Further, pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations and in terms of 'Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading', the trading window shall remain closed from November 07, 2015 to November 16, 2015, both days inclusive on account of the meeting of the Board of Directors scheduled to be held on November 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2015.
