Mizzen Ventures Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 18/06/2026 inter alia to consider and approve This is in continuation to our earlier intimation dated 28th May 2026 and pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby inform you that a meeting of the Preferential Issue Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday 18th June 2026 inter alia to consider and transact the following business:1. To consider and evaluate a proposal for raising funds by way of preferential issue and/or private placement in accordance with the provisions of the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2018 and other applicable laws subject to such approvals as may be required including those of the shareholders and regulatory/statutory authorities; and2. To consider and transact such other incidental and ancillary matters as may be deemed necessary.
