Jayavant Products Ltd has informed BSE that the Board Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on May 30, 2016 to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2016.
The 'Trading Window' under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 will remain closed for all designated persons of the Company and their immediate relatives from May 21, 2016 till June 02, 2016 (both days inclusive).
Accordingly, the Promoters, Directors, Designated Employees and all persons covered under the Code have been advised not to deal in the securities of the Company from May 21, 2016 to June 02, 2016 (both days inclusive).
