This is to inform you that as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2018 the Trading Window for dealing in the Shares of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Employees and Directors from Thursday 1st April 2021 until 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ending 31st March 2021. The date of the Board Meeting at which the said results will be considered shall be intimated in due course of time.
