Pursuant to Regulation 33 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we enclosed the following:
Un-audited Financial Results as submitted by statutory auditor of the Company for the Half Year ended 30th September 2021.
Consider and take note of Limited Review Report for the Half Year ended 30th September 2021.
The meeting of the Board commenced at 04:30 P.M. and concluded at 06:30 P.M.
