The Resolution Professional(RP) Mr. Ram Ratan Kanoongo on behalf of COC, has invited Expression of Interest (EoI) from interested parties (potential Resolution Applicants)pursuant to an advertisement in the Economic Times and Sakshi (Telugu) for submitting Resolution Plan for the Company in accordance with the provisions of the IBC.
The newspaper advertisement published in Economic Times (13.12.2017) and Sakshi (Telugu, dt.11.12.2017) are attached. The detailed eligibility criteria and Format of EOI for a Resolution Applicant to approach the RP is posted on the website of the Company www.sirpurpaper.com.
The last date fixed for submission of the EOI is 22nd December, 2017 by 5:00 P.M.(IST).
