Le Waterina Resorts & Hotels Ltd has informed BSE that the Registrar of Companies, Chennai has acceded the application made by the Company for an extension of time for the purpose of holding the Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the financial year 2015 up to three month.
The date of Annual General Meeting will be intimated in due course of time.
