Suashish Diamonds Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 11, 2013, has approved the following matters:
1. Approved the Proposal of Voluntary Delisting of Equity Shares of the Company from Bombay Stock Exchange Limited in accordance with SEBI (Delisting of Security) Regulation, 2009.
2. Approved the Postal Ballot process for passing the Special Resolution alongwith draft Notice to Members, Postal Ballot Form and Calendar of events.
3. Approved the Appointment of Scrutinizer for conducting the Postal Ballot in a fair and transparent manner.
