We would like to inform you that, the Board of Director of Asahi Infrastructure And Projects Limited ("the Company"), at its meeting held on Tuesday, September 04, 2018 at Room No.302 3rd Floor Yashwant Shopping Center Carter road no.7,opp. Railway Station Borivali (e) Mumbai - 400066 at 04:30 P.M have approved the following:
1. Board has approved the resolution of extension of time for holding Annual General Period of Three (3) Months up to 31st December 2018 under section 96(1) of the companies act, 2013.
2. Copy of Intimation for Extension of Holding the Annual General Meeting of the Company under Section 96(1) Of the Companies Act, 2013 enclosed herewith.
