With reference to the captioned matter we wish to inform that Mr. Peter Joseph Kennedy Non-Executive Director of the Company (DIN: 06377043) and Ms. Geok Lan Tay Non-Executive Director of the Company (DIN: 07727496) has resigned from their positions w.e.f. 15th October 2019 as they are not in a position to devote time to the affairs of the Company. They also ceased to be a Member of various committees of the Company.
