This is in furtherance to our previous disclosure to the stock exchange dated March 20 2023 we hereby inform you that the NCLT vide order pronounced on March 20 2023 (Approval Order) approved the resolution plan of the Corporate Debtor submitted by M/s Indrani Patnaik (Resolution Applicant) under Section 30(6) and 31 of IBC (Resolution Plan). The copy of the order as uploaded on the NCLT website on March 20 2023 is attached herewith for your records. The implementation of the plan shall be done by the successful Resolution Applicant - M/s Indrani Patnaik/SPV under the supervision of the Monitoring Committee constituted in accordance with the provisions of the Resolution Plan. In terms of the order approving the Resolution Plan the Resolution Professional shall stand discharged from his duties with effect from the date of the order.
