TPL Plastech Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 29/09/2026 inter alia to consider and approve Proposed Scheme including valuation report and fairness opinion for Merger of TPL Plastech Limited (Transferor Company listed with BSE Limited & NSE) a subsidiary in which Time Technoplast Limited holds a 74.86% stake into Time Technoplast Limited (Transferee Company listed in BSE Limited & NSE) pursuant to Sections 230 to 232 of the Companies Act 2013 and the applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 subject to such statutory and regulatory approvals including Shareholders Stock Exchanges where the shares of the company are listed and National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) as may be required.
