Mold-Tek Packaging Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors at its Meeting held on May 14, 2018, have declared an Interim Dividend for the financial year 2017-18, @ 40% i.e. Rs.2/- per Equity share on face value of Rs. 5/- per share.
