To discuss and approve the proposal for increase in authorized capital and change/alteration in Object clause of MOA of the Company;2. To approve increase in limits u/s. 186 of the Companies Act 2013.3. To approve increase in limits u/s. 180(1)(c) of the Companies Act 2013.4. To discuss on initial investment proposal through acquisition of equity shares of another company subject to valuations and due diligence of the such entity and the mode of acquisition of shares.5. To consider and approve the proposal of the appointment of requisite intermediaries (Valuer/ Consultants/professional for due-diligence) required for the purpose of abovementioned acquisition in the manner of investment;6. To consider any other business with the permission of chair.
