Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we would like to inform you that the company has received an email fromNational Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) vide notice NSE/LIST-SOP/FINES/0904 regarding non-compliance under Regulation 31 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and DisclosureRequirements) Regulations 2015 ("Listing Regulations") and as a consequence of which imposed a fine of Rs. 2000/- (Rupees Two thousand only) on the Company for the delay of one day for the filing of Shareholding pattern for the quarter ended 30th June 2026.
