Brahmanand Himghar Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 14, 2016, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016.
Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations read with Company?s Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for all the Insiders covered in the Code from December 07, 2016 and end 48 hours after the results are made public on December 14, 2016.
