Further to our intimation dated February 25 2026 and pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 as amended (the Listing Regulations) we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of Gconnect Logitech and Supply Chain Limited (the Company) at its meeting held today i.e. Monday March 02 2026 inter-alia deliberated on various mechanisms for raising funds. The Board is evaluating multiple fund-raising options and will take an appropriate decision in this regard in due course in accordance with applicable laws and subject to such regulatory/statutory approvals as may be required. The Company shall intimate the Stock Exchange and make appropriate disclosures as and when required in accordance with the Listing Regulations the applicable SEBI Master Circular(s) and other applicable laws and regulations as amended from time to time.
