(IST) through Video Conferencing/ Other Audio Visual Means. Please find enclosed the copy of the Annual Report of 49th AGM for the Financial Year 2025-26 of the Company. The 49th Annual Report is also being uploaded on the website of the Company at www.eikolifesciences.com. In compliance with the SEBI circulars the Annual Report along with the Notice of the AGM is being sent only by electronic mode to those shareholders whose e-mail addresses are registered with the Company/ Registrar and Transfer Agent of the Company/Depository Participants. For those shareholders who have not registered their email ids a letter providing a weblink from where the Notice of the AGM and Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26 can be accessed is being sent.
