With reference to our letter dated 07.09.2026 submitted pursuant to Regulation 34(1)(a) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 regarding submission of the Annual Report for FY 2025-26 we wish to clarify that Sd/- appearing before the name of the authorised signatory was inadvertently mentioned due to a typographical error. The said Sd/- may kindly be ignored. There is no change in the contents of the Annual Report Notice of the 45th AGM or any other information submitted vide our aforesaid letter. We request you to kindly take the same on record.
