Fidelity Short Term Income Fund


Fidelity Fund Management has announced the launch of Fidelity Short Term Income Fund. The Fidelity Short Term Income Fund NFO will be open from August 17 to 24. The Fund will have an Institutional and Non-Institutional Plan and each Plan will offer Growth and Dividend options. The fund will have no entry or exit loads.

Fidelity Short Term Income Fund will be an open ended income scheme that aims to generate reasonable returns through a diversified portfolio of fixed income securities. The fund will be managed by Sameer Kulkarni. The fund will have an Institutional and Non-Institutional Plan and each Plan will offer Growth and Dividend options. The minimum initial application amount for the Institutional Plan would be Rs 5 crores while for the Non-Institutional Plan, it will be Rs. 5,000.

Fidelity Fund Management started its Indian operation in March 2005 and currently manages three equity funds and a multi manager cash fund.
