Principal Mutual Fund has announced a dividend of 50 per cent under the Dividend Option of Principal Resurgent India Equity Fund. The record date for the dividend declaration has been fixed as July 31, 2006.
This is the fifth dividend payout from the fund since its launch. Prior to this, the fund had declared a dividend of 65 per cent in March 2006.
