The Company voluntarily requested withdrawal of its credit ratings from CRISIL Ratings Limited for the bank facilities availed from Axis Bank Limited as the sanctioned credit limits are below the Banks requirement for maintaining an external credit rating. CRISIL Ratings Limited vide its letter dated September 01 2026 confirmed the withdrawal of the credit ratings assigned to the Companys bank facilities. The withdrawal was effected upon receipt of the No Objection Certificate from Axis Bank Limited in line with CRISILs policy on credit rating withdrawal.
