With reference to the earlier letter dated October 14, 2013 regarding Delisting Update, Fresenius Kabi Oncology Ltd has now informed BSE that the Company had filed a Miscellaneous Application No. 113 of 2013 in Appeal No. 133 of 2013 before the Honble Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT) seeking an extension of time to complete the Delisting Offer. The Honble SAT disposed off the SAT Application on October 18, 2013.
An order was passed in the open court granting the Company an extension of 2 months from October 22, 2013 for completing the Delisting Offer. A copy of the SAT Order will be disseminated once the Company receives the same.
