This is to inform you that Mr. Vishal Menon Company Secretary of the Company has resigned from his post with effect from the end of business hours of Wednesday the 20th November 2019 and accordingly he ceased to be the Compliance officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with simultaneous effect. The resignation has been accepted and he will be released from all his responsibilities from the closing hours of 20th November 2019.
