This is to inform you that the Honble National Company Law Tribunal Mumbai Bench on 14th October 2019 has passed the Liquidation Order (uploaded on NCLT Website on 24th October 2019) under section 33 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016 (hereinafter referred to as Code) in respect of Provogue (India) Limited (hereinafter referred to as Company) and has appointed the undersigned as the Liquidator of the Company. (A copy of Liquidation Order is attached).
Pursuant to section 34(2) of the Code the powers of the Board of Directors key managerial personnel of the Company shall cease to have effect and shall vest with the Liquidator i.e. Mr. Amit Gupta (Registration No. IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P00016/2016-17/10040). Also pursuant to section 33(5) of the Code when liquidation order has been passed no suit or other legal proceeding shall be instituted by or against the Company.
