Welspun Enterprises Ltd has informed BSE that the Honble High Court of Judicature of Bombay, on April 10, 2015, approved the Scheme of Amalgamation and Arrangement between Welspun Enterprises Ltd, Welspun Infratech Limited, Welspun Plastics Private Limited, Welspun Infra Projects Private Limited and Welspun Projects Limited and their respective Shareholders and Creditors. The said scheme is subject to approval of High Court of Gujarat at Ahmadabad.
