Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held today i.e. Friday September 04 2026 inter alia approved the appointment of M/s. R. R. Tibrewala & Co. Chartered Accountants (FRN: 112387W) as Statutory Auditors to fill the casual vacancy recommended their appointment for a further term of five consecutive years subject to Members approval.
