Shree Rang Mark Travels Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, to take on record and approved the un-audited financial result for the fourth quarter ended on March 31, 2016 of the Financial Year 2015-2016.
Further, the Company will close the trading window in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations on May 22, 2016 to June 01, 2016 (both days inclusive) and the trading window will open on June 02, 2016.
This is to further inform that a meeting of Audit Committee of Directors will also be held on the same dated prior to the aforementioned Board Meeting to discuss and review the aforesaid quarterly financial result.
