The Audited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31stMarch 2026 along with Independent Audit Report thereon.2. Took note on Compliances made under SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015 for thequarter and year ended 31st March 2026.Further as informed vide our letter dated March 30 2026 the Trading Window fordealing in the securities of the Company was closed from April 01 2026 and shallremain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results by the Board ofDirectors at its meeting scheduled to be held on May 28 2026.
