Notice is hereby given that in connection with Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time the company has intimated to all its Directors Key Management Personnel and Designated Employees regarding the closure of Trading Window of the company from 01.10.2020 to till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the Quarter and half year ended 30th September 2020.
This closure of trading window is occasioned by reason of declaration of financial results for the Quarter and Half year ended 30th September 2020.
All the insiders and their immediate relatives were advised to take notice that in terms of trading restrictions placed under above regulations the trading window for the equity shares of the company shall remain closed from 01.10.2020 to till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the Quarter and half year ended 30th September 2020.
