Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, the 29th May, 2018, at Mumbai, inter alia to consider and approve Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2018.
The Trading Window in respect of equity shares of the Company will remain closed from 21st May, 2018 to 31st May, 2018(both days inclusive).
