HDFC Mutual Fund has decided to change the name of HDFC Tax Plan 2000, an open ended equity linked saving scheme to HDFC Long Term Advantage Firm. The name change will be effective from November 22, 2004.

HDFC Long Term Advantage Firm will offer the same scheme features as HDFC Tax Plan 2000. The scheme under its new name will continue to exist as an open ended equity linked savings scheme with a lock-in period of three years.
