CORE Education & Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 17, 2015, inter alia, has approved / noted the following:
1. The five year term of appointment of Mr. Nikhil Morsawala as Director - finance ended on August 11, 2015. He will now continue as Non-Executive Director with effect from August 12, 2015.
2. The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on September 30, 2015. The time and venue of the meeting will be intimated shortly.
