Shree Ganesh Jewellery House (I) Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 20, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2016.
Further, that pursuant to Code of Conduct under SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company for all Promoters/Directors/Key Managerial Personnel/Designated Employees of the Company and their immediate relatives shall remain closed from September 13, 2016 till September 20, 2016 (both days inclusive).
