Jeypore Sugar Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company held on May 30, 2014, for approval of the Audited Accounts of the company for the year ended March 31, 2014. After some discussions the meeting was adjourned due to some clarifications and details called by the Directors regarding the audited accounts.
The Board of Directors will meet again on June 11, 2014 for consideration of the audited financial results and other pending matters.
