In addition to our earlier disclosure made on 02nd May 2018 11th May 2018 20th June 2018 12th July 2018 27th July 2018 20th August 2018 September 03 2018 October 01 2018 October 10 2018 October 22 2018 October 24 2018 November 20 2018 December 14 2018 February 02 2019 and February 21 2019 we inform you that the Honble National Company Law Tribunal Ahmedabad Bench (NCLT) has reserved for final orders in the Interlocutory Application no. 139 of 2018 in CP 53 of 2017 an application made by the Liberty Group PTE Ltd. (applicant) pursuant to Section 60(5) of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016 (IBC) wherein the NCLT vide its order dated May 08 2018 had granted exclusion of time during pendency of said application from the corporate insolvency resolution process tenure of ABG Shipyard Ltd. The copy of the interim order in this regard dated 27th February 2019 is enclosed as Annexure A.
We also inform you that the Honble NCLT has reserved for final orders the application for liquidation of ABG Shipyard Ltd. (IA 113/19 in CP 53/17) filed by the Resolution Professional under Section 33(2) of the IBC. The copy of the said interim order dated 27th February 2019 in this regard is enclosed as Annexure B.
