BOB Mutual Fund has decided to convert BOB ELSS' 95 into an open-end diversified equity fund. The AMC has filed an offer document for the same with SEBI and is awaiting its approval. BOB ELSS '95 is a close-end tax-planning scheme, which is due for redemption on April 1, 2005.
