Birla Sunlife Mutual Fund has announced a dividend of 60% (Rs. 6.00 per unit) in the Dividend Plan of Birla India Opportunities Fund.
The record date for dividend was February 27, 2004. All unitholders under the Dividend Plan as on the record date will be eligible for dividend. This would be the first dividend payout from the fund since it got converted to a diversified equity fund in August 2003.
