Templeton Mutual Fund has announced February 24, 2004 as the record date for dividend declaration under the Templeton India Growth and Franklin India Taxshield Fund.

Post dividend declaration, there will be a two-day book closure in both the schemes from February 25 to February 26, 2004. The schemes would reopen for fresh purchases and redemptions from February 27, 2004.

Hence, there will be not be any subscription or redemptions in the schemes as well as in the Fund of Funds, viz. FT India Life Stage Fund of Funds during the above mentioned dates.
