Benchmark Mutual Fund has declared Bonus and Dividend for Junior BeES unit holders. A bonus in the ratio of one unit for every four units held and a dividend of Rs. 4/- per unit will be declared. Also, one unit of Junior BeES will be split into eight units. The record date for all three corporate actions is February 19, 2004. Thus, one unit of Junior BeES will result into 10 units after Bonus and Split.
