Further to our letter dated October 1 2024 we wish to inform that the Registrar of Companies (ROC) Mumbai Maharashtra under Section 96(1) of the Companies Act 2013 have granted the Company extension of three (3) months i.e. up to December 31 2024 to hold the AGM for the accounting year 2023-24.Copy of the ROC approval is attached for your reference and record.
