Ministry of Corporate Affairs (Office of the Official Liquidator, High Court Bombay) has informed BSE that by an order dated May 03, 2012, passed by the Honble High Court, Bombay in the Company Petition No. 439 of 2010 the Official Liquidator attached to the said order has been appointed as the Liquidator of M/s IOL Netcom Ltd. (In Liqn.), therefore with usual powers under the Companies Act, 1956.
