1. The Board of Directors of the Company has decided to delist the securities voluntarily from BSE Limited (BSE).
2. The Board of Directors of the Company has approved the process for the postal ballot for delist the Securities Voluntarily from BSE Limited (BSE).
3. The Board of Directors of the Company has appointed M/s. Bhuwnesh Bansal & Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries as a scrutinizer to the Postal Ballot.
4. The Board of Directors of the Company has appointed M/s. Navigant Corporate Advisors Limited, Lead Manager as a Merchant Banker for the aforesaid purpose.
