'Our appeal against the Division Bench of the Hon?ble High Court is still pending in the Supreme Court.
However as per the Division Bench of the Hon?ble High Court the Liquidation has been stayed till August 31, 2014 only hence the order of Liquidation against the Company becomes effective on September 01, 2014.'
