Sang Froid Labs (India) Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 22/02/2019 inter alia to consider and approve The company now inform that the Meeting of Board of Directors held on Wednesday 20th February 2019 stands adjourned due to clarification sought by the chairman of the Audit Committee on the Financial Result of the Company.
Therefore the Chairman of the Board with the approval of all the Directors of the Company present at the Meeting has decided to adjourn the Board Meeting to Friday 22nd February 2019 and the Board Meeting will continue on Friday 22nd February 2019 at 3:00 pm to consider the balance agenda items including to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on 31st December 2018. The result will be submitted to the exchange subsequently as per the requirements of Listing Regulations
