This is with reference to our earlier communication dated August 14 2026 regarding Annual General Meeting Notice Circulated on August 14 2026 (AGM Notice). A corrigendum is being issued to inform to all the Shareholders to whom the AGM Notice has been sent regarding change in the Explanatory statement of the AGM Notice. Except as referred in the Corrigendum all other contents of AGM Notice shall remain unchanged. Kindly take the information on record.
