The Board of Directors of Company recommended final dividend @ Rs. 2.40/- per equity share of Rs. 2/- each (120%), for the year 2017-18, subject to the declaration of the same by the members at the annual general meeting scheduled on August 29, 2018. The dividend, if declared by the members at the annual general meeting, will be paid on or before September 5, 2018.
